Choir Updates

Hey Choir Members! If you have not checked the list outside Mr. Z's office, please do so and remember your section and letter (T, M, or B) for our next rehearsal. If you have not given me your schedule, please do so ASAP. We will be rehearsing on Monday and Thursday during 8th period, and Thursday from 4:30-6:30pm. If you have class during 8th period, you must go to class, and you will be excused from rehearsal. Please know that all other conflicts must be submitted to me in writing, and must be approved. Your grade is based on your attendance, so it is important that you come to rehearsal when you are not in class. I've done a great deal of work to my own schedule to work around yours, so please be respectful of our time together. We will NOT have rehearsal during 8th period or at 4:30 this Thursday, 11/13, as I have a rehearsal and concert with the Philadelphia Orchestra and will not be back in time. Normal rehearsal will resume next week. If you have any questions, please let me know. See you at rehearsal!

Oops!

So auditions that were scheduled for today OBVIOUSLY did not take into account that you all got out early for testing. Sorry about that! Please see below for the updated schedule. All auditions will take place next week. I hope to have music posted for practice by tomorrow evening (Thursday). Thank you and have a great weekend!

Fall Scheduling!

Hey everyone....

The new school year is upon us, and everything will be starting up again shortly. Keep your eyes peeled for information on Mulan and Choir Auditions!

I am currently ironing out issues in the voice lesson schedule, and am still waiting to hear from a couple of students who were in my studio last year, so I am not currently taking any new students. However, I will be reevaluating the schedule in October, so if you are on my waiting list, I may be able to add you to the roster at that time. Thank you for your patience.

I also want to thank you for your patience regarding my response time to phone calls and emails. I am currently working 5 jobs, and balancing all of my hours at work with my course work for my Sign Language Interpreters degree makes it difficult for me to always respond in a timely fashion. Remember - texting is always the fastest way to get in touch with me, followed by email. Phone calls will reach me, but the other two methods are preferred.
